This privacy policy describes how BigUp Technical Solution AB ("BigUp", "we", "us") processes personal data on the website bigup.se, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and applicable Swedish legislation, including the Swedish Data Protection Act (2018:218).

2.1 Demo Booking

When you book a demo via our website, we collect the following information through the booking tool Calendly:

• Company
• Title/role (optional)
• Message (optional)

2.2 Contact Form

When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Message

2.3 Account Deletion Request

If you use the account deletion form, we collect the following information in order to process and verify your request:

• Name
• Email address associated with the account
• Company name (optional)
• Phone number for verification (optional)

This information is used solely to handle your deletion request. The deletion of the app account and associated personal data is described in more detail in the privacy policy for the BigUp app.

2.4 Analytics Data

If you consent, we collect anonymised statistics about how the website is used via Google Analytics. This includes, for example, pages visited, approximate geographic location, device type and how you navigate the site.

Information provided in connection with a demo booking, via the contact form or in an account deletion request is retained for as long as necessary to administer and handle your request. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' data retention settings.

Google is a US-based company. When transferring personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) in accordance with GDPR Articles 44–49.
